HYBRID STRONG is the programme I used to get a 5K Run PB whilst also hitting personal bests on my Squat, Standing Overhead press and Deadlift. This is for getting Fit & Strong whilst mastering the barbell – Perfect if you want to try out Hybrid training / level it up whilst getting stronger.
